1.     Divert valve, Model DV40, electric heating

-      1 piece of temperature sensor PT100, on divert valve

-      Melt pressure sensor, 0-350 bar, equipped before divert valve

2.     Underwater pelletizing system PA95 including:

-      Underwater pelletizer, Siemens motor 5.5kw, model PA95, max. speed 2840/m

-      1 piece of die plate, electric heating, 28-Φ3.0mm (negotiable), runners are designed accordingly to the compounds

-      1 piece of thermocoupld PT100, adapted on the die plate

-      1 set of 6-blade cutting shelf

-      Control system with HMI on the steel frame

-      ABB inverter, Omron PLC control

-      Control panel is located in Centrol control room, the buyer prepares the power cable, signal cable by Ruiyun, and Ruiyun provides list of cables needed

-      Power supply by the buyer 

3.     Piping aside, Model BP95

-      Pipe length: 16m

-      3 pieces of pnumatic ball valves, to control processing water

-      1 piece of air filter

-      Inlet & outlet pipes supplied by the buyer

-      1 piece of on-line water pressure measurement indicator

-      1 piece of on-line water temperature measurement indicator

-      All pipes are connected by quick flanges, some key places are with coulpling connection

4.     Water system, Model WS120, including the followings:

-      Water tank, model WT-10, 0.8 CBM, with filtration for powder

-      Processing water can be heated, 24kw, temperature is well controlled for cutting requirement, to make sure of cutting efficiency and performance

-      Water temperature is controlled by PT100 temperature sensor

-      Water tank is equipped with auto-fill function

-      Water pump, 30CBM/hour flow volume, the flow speed can be adjusted by manual ball valve

5.     Spin dryer, model PD-10, over 1000kg/h, inner filter diameter Φ1.8mm

- Spin dryer is with air exhausting system, better drying efficiency

- Siemens motor 5.5kw, located aside, easy to maintain, electricity save

- Noise, less than 60dB

- Wire joint box: quick open type, safe and reliable

6.     Controlling system – 380V 3 ph + N, 50hz

- Individual control panel

- HMI touch screen, 10.4”, control and display: temperature, pressure, cutting speed, amper ect.

- The whole process is controlly by Omron PLC

- Two options: manual control & auto control

- Working process/program can be installed and modified, to ensure quick start

- Palletizing motor: Siemens

- Main electric components: Siemens, Schneider
