SRL-500/1600W High Speed Mixer Units
1、The Mechanical Parts
a. The pot body is made from SUS304 δ6mm stainless steel plate, capped end adopts 6mm stainless steel plate, the inner surface is extremely smooth and hard, with wear resistance, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, with fine turning and polished, not easy to stick on material.
b. The material of the lid of heating mixer is ZL102 casting aluminum, inner surface with fine turning and polished, is not easy to stick material and the lower weight makes it easier to open.
c. Cooling mixer’s inner surface adopts stainless 304δ 6mm stainless steel plate, the agitating blade is made from stainless 304 casting, with fine turning, polished and dynamitic balance treatment, with smooth and hard surface, wear resistance, corrosion resistance.
d. Heating mixer to use cylinder to open lid. Cooling mixer to use cooling water circulation in jacket to cool down material.
e. Heating mixer adopts 45# steel conditioning and tempering treatment, with fine grinding, main shaft to use deep groove ball bearing, it is reliable and stable.
f. Main shaft seal with the skeleton of a variety of standard size (fluorine rubber) double lip oil seals, sealing is reliable and stable. Main belt wheel and drive pulley with dynamic balance treatment.
g. Cooling mixer’s reducer adopts hard surface gear reducer driving, it is reliable and avoid overloading.
h. Cooling and heating mixer’s lid to use two layers hollow fluorine rubber seal, sealing is reliable, temperature resistance and deformation.
