Product Description
The modular design of the barrel allows for precise sequencing for each application. Each barrel section’s temperature can be set independently. Electrical heater shells are used for heating, while cooling is achieved with water. Both the barrels, as well as the screw and kneading elements, are made from nitrided steel in the standard version. For wear-resistant applications, they are constructed using suitable materials that correspond to the specific requirements.
The screw diameter of the PSHJ65 model is 65mm, with a screw speed of 300/500 RPM. The main motor has a power rating of 55~75kW, and the reference output is 150~300kg/hour.
The PSHJ-65 series features a clamshell design, allowing the barrels to be opened within minutes. This makes them highly useful for R&D purposes and facilitates maintenance and cleaning. The patented PSHJ series twin screws offer XINDA users convenience and durability.
