Hot melt extrusion (HME) and twin-screw granulation (TSG) application kits are available, which are designed according to the requirements of commercial manufacturing process. The twin-screw extruder covers a small area, including all electronic equipment and control devices of downstream equipment in the extruder shell. The instrument can be moved by one person, and the hinged and split barrel design is convenient for cleaning or changing the configuration. No special handling equipment is required to disassemble the can body. The inspection to ensure that the instrument meets the "obvious cleaning" standard can be easily completed. The media and power supply are connected with the quick connector to ensure that the device can be easily installed or removed for cleaning after production and operation.
