SKW Series: The XINDA SKW Four Flights Compounding System features four gaps per revolution that break each spiral, positioning the kneading flights. Four rows of kneading pins, individually inserted into the barrel every 90 degrees, intermesh with these flights. With the same L/D ratio, this system achieves better mixing while generating less frictional heat. The reciprocating wobble-box synchronizes shaft rotation and oscillation, ensuring each revolution of the screw is accompanied by one full stroke forward and backward. This results in optimal distributive and dispersive mixing with minimal energy consumption.
