Barrel Section - Separately Controlled

The modular design of the barrel allows for precise sequencing tailored to each application. Each barrel section's temperature can be independently adjusted. Electrical heater shells facilitate heating, while cooling is achieved using water. Both the barrels, as well as the screw and kneading elements, are manufactured from nitrided steel in the standard version. For wear-resistant applications, they are made from suitable materials that align with specific requirements.

The screw diameter of the PSHJ20 model is 20mm, with a screw speed ranging from 300 to 500 RPM. The main motor has a power output of 11~22kW, and the reference output is 20~60kg/hour.

Designed in a clamshell configuration, the PSHJ-20 models allow barrels to be opened within minutes. These features make them highly valuable for R&D research and simplify maintenance and cleaning. The patented PSHJ series twin screws offer XINDA users both convenience and durability.
